The therapists at Sparrow Counseling are highly skilled and are always working on honing their therapeutic skills to best fit with their client’s needs. We also believe in the service we provide so much that we have all done our own healing work, so we know what it feels like to be the client on the couch. It is our honor and goal to help you move from a place of uncertainty and fear about counseling to one of excitement and growth.

It is our desire for you not to be in therapy forever. We will consistently be checking in with you to get feedback to find out what is working and what is not. And if something is not working in therapy, we want to pivot to help you find the best results as quickly as possible.
A few important things to know about how we work:
We do not take insurance but can provide a Superbill to see if you can use your out-of-network benefits or you can use your HSA card. Our rates are $175-300/55 minute session, depending on the therapist. Please see our Rates and Insurance Page for more information. The way we like to work is to book weekly appointments, so you know your time and day each week for therapy. Research says you will reach your goals more quickly if you come in regularly to therapy.
