5. No Therapist-Client Relationship
Use of this Site does not establish a therapist-client relationship between you and Sparrow Counseling or any of its clinicians.
A therapist-client relationship is formed only after appropriate intake procedures have been completed, all required consents and practice documents have been signed, and Sparrow Counseling has expressly agreed to provide professional services.
Submitting a contact form, sending an email, leaving a voicemail, downloading a resource, attending a public event, or interacting through social media does not create a therapist-client relationship.
6. No Emergency or Crisis Services
This Site is not intended for emergency or crisis communications.
Do not use this Site, contact forms, email, or social media to seek emergency assistance or urgent mental health support. If you are experiencing an emergency, are in crisis, or believe you may harm yourself or others, call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or call or text 988 for immediate assistance.
